Second Graders Are NOT Nice!

Posted by Josianne Fitzgerald on 18th January 2007

Instead, they are cheerful, pretty, great, fun, crazy, smart, helpful, caring, playful, artistic, open-minded, musical, independent, energetic, funny, fantastic, excellent, talkative, polite, confident, enthusiastic, sociable, good, lucky, shy, balanced, tolerant, fashionable, neat, pleasant, reflective, generous, friendly, speedy, handsome, knowledgeable, beautiful, happy, creative, intelligent, kind, incredible, perfect, toguth, curious, strong, brave, principled, … you name it, anything BUT “nice”.

Max said, “Nice is a nothing word. It means nothing. It says nothing.” So, remember, second graders are NOT nice. We have lots of other adjectives to describe them.

Posted by Josianne Fitzgerald on 18th January 2007
